Interactive Softworks Appoints New EVP of Sales and Product Strategy

Leesburg, Va., August 4, 2010

Interactive Softworks, a provider of customer engagement solutions, announced today that Steve Herlocher has joined the company as executive vice president of sales and product strategy. In this senior management role, Herlocher will leverage his strong leadership skills and industry knowledge to help advance the company’s sales initiatives and drive strong market-based product strategies.

Herlocher has more than 18 years of experience in product management within the customer engagement industry. He comes from Jacada, a provider of unified desktop and process optimization solutions for customer service operations, where he served as chief technology officer. Prior to that, he was vice president of product management at Aspect Software, one of the world’s largest providers of contact center performance optimization solutions. Other experience includes strategic leadership product management roles at Melita, eShare Communications, PTEK Holdings, Intellivoice and Sun Microsystems.
